  • Robert Bertie, (1660–1723) 1st Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven, 1st Marquess of Lindsey, 4th Earl of Lindsey, 17th Baron Willoughby de Eresby. Lord Great Chamberlain. Dukedom created with a special remainder failing the heirs male of his body, to the heirs male of the body of his father, Robert, late Earl of Lindsey, by Elizabeth his wife, daughter of Philip, Lord Wharton.
  • Peregrine Bertie, (1686–1742) 2nd Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven, 18th BaronWilloughby de Eresby. Lord Great Chamberlain. Summoned to Parliament in 1714 in his father's Barony of Willoughby de Eresby.

  • Peregrine Bertie, (1714–1778) 3rd Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven, 19th Baron Willoughby de Eresby. Lord Great Chamberlain. His daughter Priscilla Barbara Elizabeth Bertie, (1761–1828) 21st Baroness Willoughby de Eresby married Sir Peter Burrell, 1st Baron Gwydyr.
  • Robert Bertie, (1756–1779) 4th Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven, 20th Baron Willoughby de Eresby. Lord Great Chamberlain. On his death the hereditary office of Lord Great Chamberlain of England and the Barony of Willoughby de Eresby fell into abeyance between his two sisters until 1780, when the abeyance was terminated in favour the eldest coheiress, Lady Priscilla Barbara Elizabeth Burrell, 21st Baroness Willoughby de Eresby.
  • Brownlow Bertie, (1729-1809) 5th Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven, son 2nd Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven. On his death the Dukedom of Ancaster and Kesteven and the Marquessate of Lindsey became extinct, and the Earldom of Lindsey passed to his third cousin and heir male, Albemarle Bertie, 9th Earl of Lindsey.
