1st Earl Nugent

  • Robert Craggs-Nugent,  1st Earl Nugent, 1st Viscount Clare(1702–1788) The earldom of Nugent was created with a special remainder, failing the heirs male of his body, to his son-in-law George Grenville, later 1st Marquess of Buckingham, 3rd Earl Temple, 4th Viscount Cobham, and the heirs male of his body.

1st Baroness Nugent

  • Mary Elizabeth Nugent,  1st Baroness Nugent (d. 1812) daughter of the first Earl Nugent, and wife of the 1st Marquess of Buckingham (and 2nd Earl Nugent), the peerage was created in 1800, with a special remainder to her second son Lord George Nugent-Grenville.
