On the death of the 1st Marquess Curzon of Kedleston the Marquessate, Earldom and Irish Barony of Curzon of Kedleston became extinct, the Barony and Viscountcy of Scarsdale devolved on his nephew, Richard Nathaniel Curzon, and the Barony of Ravensdale on his eldest daughter, Lady Mary Irene Curzon.

  • Sir Cecil Bishopp, 12th Baron Zouche (1753–1828) On his death the Barony of Zouche of Haryngworth fell into abeyance between his two daughters:  (1) Hon Harriett Anne Bisshopp, wife of Hon Robert Curzon MP; and (2) Hon Katherine Annabella Bisshopp, wife of Vice Adm Sir George Richard Brooke-Pechell, 4th Bt. RN.  The barony was called out of abeyance on in 1829 in favour of:
